2012 LACROSSE REGISTRATION DATES

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

FOR FIELD LACROSSE

If your child  played field Lacrosse with the Hawks in 2010, the Club should have a PINK pre-printed form for the registration with the player information on it from the OLA.  This form needs to be signed by the LEGAL GUARDIAN.

If this is the First year of Field Lacrosse for your player you will need to bring a photocopy of the Players Birth Certificate to submit to the OLA. Then fill out the PINK Players Registration form and the LEGAL GUARDIAN must sign the form.

FOR BOX LACROSSE

If your child played on the HAWKS BOX House League or BOX Rep Teams in 2010, the Club should have a YELLOW (for Under 18) or BLUE (for over 18) pre-printed form for the registration with all the player information on it from the OLA.  This form needs to be signed by the LEGAL GUARDIAN.

If this is the First year of BOX Lacrosse (Houseleague or Rep) for your player with the HAWKS, you will need to bring a photocopy of the Players Birth Certificate to submit to the OLA. Then fill out the YELLOW Players Registration form and the LEGAL GUARDIAN must sign the form. OR if you are over 18years of age you will need to fill out the BLUE Players Registration Form and sign the form yourself.

NOW WHAT?

After the forms are filled out and the proper paperwork is present then Payment needs to be made.  Please see Registration fees below.

SCHEDULE PLEASE!

For Field Lacrosse we will be on Conroy Park Field on Tuesdays and Thursdays after the March Break as soon as we are allowed until April 16th and then either Tuesday or Thursdays for the rest of the field Season.  The season ends on May 23rd.

The Box schedule is being decided upon presently.  We intend to follow the format of last year.  As soon as it is finalized it will be posted on the website and we will send out a notice to you via email if you supply us with an address. Create an account on the website for all updates.

To Register for 2012 your players' account must be in good standing with the HDMLA.

Spring Field Registration Fees  $140

U16 Fall Ball Field Registration Fees $ TBD.

BOX Lacrosse Registration Fees $150 (Paperweights $135) PLUS fundraising requirement ($50) (see below).

BOX Rep Team Fees $180 PLUS 2nd fundraising requirement ($50), game shirt ($), game shorts ($), tournament fees, volunteer hours for hosting our tournament and Tag Day participation.

FUNDRAISING REQUIREMENT

Each Box Registrant will be required to Pay $50 for a website advertisement for www.hawkslacrosse.ca  The Registrant will receive a receipt for the website ad and can immediately give the reciept to the business/person they find to take the ad's position and keep the $50 from the Business/person as you have already paid for it at registration.  If other arrangements need to be made please discuss with the Club Treasurer.

If the player plays for the Rep team a second ad will be required from that player.
