Welcome everyone!

Please do not hesitate to ask any questions that you may have.  There is almost always a member of the executive around the arena, or just ask the coaches and support staff before or after practice.

As always, we are looking for extra help as well.  Even if you know nothing about lacrosse, we can use you!  What better way to learn, then to immerse yourself into the sport.
