2019 LACROSSE REGISTRATION NOW OPEN- Jan 1st!!!!
To register for 2019 your players' account must be in good standing with the HDMLA.
2019 Online Registration
ALL LACROSSE REGISTRATIONS will be done ONLINE! The Link is on the right side of page. Please make sure hawkslacrosse.ca is in your safe senders list so we aren't junked by your email.
To Make the Process Easier for you PLEASE READ the information below BEFORE you do your online registration.
If this is your first year YOU are considered a "new" registration. If you played with the Hawks last year then you use your log in information from last year.
For “NEW” Registrations:
This next point is important. Please choose to create your registration from the family account unless you are a non-parent coach/trainer or bench staff. Please enter all the requested information on yourself, your spouse and your players. If you do this then you will prevent multiple emails to yourself from the club.
***It is important to list all members of your family who could possibly be managing, coaching, being the trainer, or who is an executive member on your family account. HOWEVER please DO NOT register them yet. Just list them on your Family Account. Once the bench is selected the registrar will contact you to have the appropriate individuals set up from your family account. There is a portion that the administration has to set up on our side before those positions can be registered.
Each player registration will be required to have a proof of age document in digital format to upload. A coach/trainer or bench staff position will require proof of certification required for the position to be uploaded in digital format. The digital formats accepted are a jpeg, png or pdf.
Payments: We have a secure credit card payment. Once you register online, you will have 2 options of payment, by cheque or Credit Card. If pay by cheque you can drop off your payment for the programs at the registrations for box lacrosse listed below. This can be a cheque or cash. Once the Field Registrar reconciles the payment to your online account you will be able to print your own receipt for this payment from the registration portal.
Questions? Please email Keri Black @ firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get you all set up.

U9, U11 and U13 games are on the Saturdays and U15 and U17 are played on Sundays. Provincials are held on the long weekend in May

This program is in its trial stages with us as we see what the interest is. It may be refined a bit as we progress through the set up for the season, so please be patient. However it is the Hawks intention to run from May 24 till the end of July/ beginning of August with the Girls Field Program.
We will have the Development Program run initially and then the Rep Teams will continue through the summer. As soon as we can be more specific - we will be.
OWFL (Girls Field) Registration Fees
Development Girls Field Program $50
Rep Teams U11 & U13 $225

Development BOX League
We will be continuing our successful Development League for Box Lacrosse this year on Wednesday's from 5-7pm. It will start mid-April and conclude mid-June. There will be two games days scheduled for Saturdays. Registration numbers will determine the split of the divisions and the times for the program. More details will follow. The Paperweight Division will be set up with the Development League initially. IF there is an interest for some rep play with this division it is possible to set that up after the interest arises.
REP BOX Teams
This is the foundation of our Hawks Association. We will have Representative teams in Tyke, Novice, Peewee, Bantam and Midget Divisions.
Evaluations will take place starting at the end of March and each player wishing to play on a rep team will have the opportunity to show their "skills" at the evaluations. There are 3 evaluations that are available for each team and then rep team practices will commence the following week. The season ends after all Hawks have finished Box Provincials.
In Box Lacrosse we play games through the week and have most weekends off. You can count on 3 times per week for box Lacrosse, two practices and one game. This is scheduled well in advance with the odd game or practice deleted or added throughout the season. The Hawks Scheduler will try to be as consistent as possible however it may vary at the beginning of the season while the field season is running.
The centres we play in Zone 4 are Sudbury, Midland, Stayner, Barrie, Orillia, Innisfil, New Tech, Shelburne and North Bay. These centres need to have a team within one ranking of our teams for them to play each other. We are required by zone commitment to do one home and one away game with each centre that can floor a team.
