HAWKS BOX LACROSSE REP TEAMS 2012
This year the minor Hawks will have 5 representative teams. Players from ages 7- 16 will have the option to tryout for the Hawk Representative Teams.
2012 Divisions are dependant upon the players birthdate as of December 31, 2012
Tyke - 7 and 8 year olds (some skilled 6 year olds too!)
Novice - 9 and 10 year olds
Peewee - 11 and 12 year olds
Bantam - 13 and 14 year olds
Midget - 15 and 16 year olds
Time commitments for a rep team is three times a week and pending on team decisions you will have two or three tournaments to play in that are partly subsidized by the HDMLA. Plus Provincials.
Financial committments are the Registration Fee of $150 plus the 2 website advertising sponsorships at $50 each. One is due with registration and the second are due with Rep fees. Rep Fees of $180 are due on May 1/12. If you require a game shirt or shorts you will need to purchase these once you are offered a place on the rep team. Our zone commitments are one game at home and one game away with each centre that has a team within one rating of our teams. The centre’s in our zone are Sudbury, Barrie, Innisfil, Orillia, Midland, Stayner and Shelburne and New Tecumeth.

Website Advertising Sponsorships
Welcome to the 2011 season. Our required fundraising commitment for each registrant will be a $50.00 sponsor for website advertisements. A second website sponsor will be required if you are selected for a Hawk rep team. A letter is supplied in your package for potential sponsors.
* Minor lacrosse in Huntsville has over 300 members that utilize the website for information daily www.hawkslacrosse.ca.
* The sponsor will receive advertising on the website for one year. Each time a person goes on to the website, the advertisement will flip and each page accessed will populate different ad.
* If they have a website we can link to it directly from their ad.
* Once their ad is up and running they will be notified.
* A receipt will be issued for income tax purposes in your registration package. For second website ads, receipts will be issued by team managers.

Please make sure you send the ad in either a jpeg, png, or gif format to jkknox@vianet.ca (that is the quickest way). If your sponsor has done advertising in the past, they will have this type of information available to send to you. If it is emailed please be sure to put in the subject line....DIVISION TEAM Website Sponsor. (example: TYKE HL, BANTAM REP, etc).
If your sponsor is a returning sponsor and would like to keep the same ad, we can keep everything as is. Changes can easily be made if the sponsor so desires. Make sure to send changes to the above email address as soon as possible.
